CareDriver Trends: A New Feature for Enhanced Ride Safety and Transparency

At HopSkipDrive, safety is at the forefront of everything we do. We’re always looking for innovative ways to enhance the safety of our rides and provide a superior experience for our CareDriver network, riders, clients, and caregivers. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce a recently launched new feature: CareDriver Trends.

What Is CareDriver Trends?

CareDriver Trends is a new feature designed to provide HopSkipDrive CareDrivers with a comprehensive overview of their driving behavior. Replacing the former Success Card email that was emailed to CareDrivers weekly, CareDriver Trends is available in the CareDriver app and consolidates key metrics such as cancellations, on-time arrivals, missed check-ins, telematics scores, and safety incidents into an overall trends rating, ranging from “Excellent” to “Needs Work.”

This rating, which is prominently displayed in the CareDriver app, makes it easy for CareDrivers to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
