Schools are on summer break, so you’ll see limited rides available in the app. We anticipate the beginning of the 2024–2025 school year to be our biggest back-to-school season yet. As school resumes, we expect ride availability to increase significantly for CareDrivers, and you should have plenty of ride options to choose from. In the meantime, learn how you can stay involved in the CareDriver community.

CareDriver Support Summer Schedule

CareDriver Support will operate with reduced hours from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. PDT on June 14th & 28th, July 12th & 26th, August 9th & 23rd. The Safe Ride Support team will still be available to assist with any issues during a ride. CareDriver Help Center will remain available to assist you with immediate inquiries.
